Social Media Executive

Grafton Ecommerce is a growing international e\-commerce business operating in the UK and UAE.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and organised Social Media Executive to manage our social media pages, create engaging content and help grow our online presence.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content and can independently manage multiple business accounts.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media pages.
• Plan, create and schedule regular posts, reels, stories and videos.
• Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
• Develop content ideas and follow the latest social media trends.
• Create and edit promotional videos, graphics and product content.
• Monitor engagement, followers and account performance.
• Support social media campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve content creation and efficiency.
• Help grow brand awareness, engagement and online sales.

• *Skills \& Requirements**

• Good understanding of social media platforms and page management.
• Creative, organised and able to work independently.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or other editing tools.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI tools and social media scheduling software is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Basic photography, video editing and content creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing is beneficial.

Previous experience in social media management is preferred, but creativity, practical skills and willingness to learn are equally important.

Job Type: Full\-time

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5\.30 PM, Monday to Saturday (30\-minute break)

Work Location: Malappuram or Perinthalmanna (Fully office\-based)
