Business Operations Manager

• *Job Summary**

Grafton Ecommerce is a growing international e\-commerce business operating in the UK and UAE.

We are looking for an ambitious, responsible and versatile Business Operations Manager to work closely with the CEO and oversee different areas of the business.

This is an all\-round management role involving e\-commerce, sales, marketing, social media, customer service, staff management, technology and daily operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee daily business operations and coordinate different departments.
• Manage staff, assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Support e\-commerce websites, marketplaces and product management.
• Oversee sales, marketing, social media and customer service activities.
• Manage stock, orders, suppliers and operational processes.
• Monitor business performance, costs and sales opportunities.
• Use AI tools, automation and technology to improve efficiency.
• Handle problems, make decisions and ensure tasks are completed.
• Work directly with the CEO on new projects, business development and growth strategies.

Skills \& Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in business operations, management or e\-commerce.
• Confident decision\-making and problem\-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of business software.
• Experience with Excel, Shopify, AI tools or digital platforms is an advantage.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to take responsibility across different business areas.
• Good written and spoken English.

Previous management experience is preferred. We particularly value initiative, reliability, adaptability and the ability to get things done.

Job Type: Full\-time

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (30\-minute break)

Work Location: Malappuram or Perinthalmanna (Fully office\-based)
