Job Description
- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Accounts \& Inventory Executive** to manage accounting transactions and inventory operations for an alcohol distribution or beverage business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and statutory compliance while supporting smooth day\-to\-day operations.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain day\-to\-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Manage inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movement, inward and outward entries, and inventory valuation.
- Prepare GST invoices, e\-way bills, and assist with GST/TDS compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Coordinate with warehouses and stores to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.
- *Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP/Tally Prime**, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- *Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- M.Com or relevant accounting certifications are an added advantage.
- *Experience**
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Inventory.
- Experience in the alcohol, liquor distribution, FMCG, beverage, or retail industry is preferred.
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
