Job Description

  • *Job Summary:**

Responsible for overseeing the hotel's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cost control, and efficient management of all accounting functions.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage day\-to\-day accounting and finance operations of the hotel
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
  • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and account finalization
  • Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments
  • Monitor revenue, occupancy reports, and departmental cost controls
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel financial policies
  • Lead and supervise the accounts team
  • *Skills Required:**
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel
  • Knowledge of hotel accounting, POS systems, and inventory controls
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities
  • *Qualification \& Experience:**
  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in Finance \& Accounts
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • *Preferred Experience:**
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality groups
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems, F\&B cost control, inventory management, and hospitality financial operations

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
