Production Head: Fabrication

• *Job Summary:**

Responsible for leading and managing fabrication production operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, productivity improvement, cost control, and efficient utilization of resources.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee end\-to\-end fabrication production activities
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines
• Monitor fabrication processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency
• Lead and supervise production teams, supervisors, and shop\-floor staff
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and maintenance departments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
• Analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational performance
• Resolve production\-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• *Skills Required:**

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and manufacturing operations
• Production planning and resource management expertise
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities
• Knowledge of quality systems and safety standards

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing operations
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Experience in structural fabrication, heavy engineering, steel fabrication, industrial equipment, or manufacturing plants
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, lean manufacturing, and process optimization

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
