Facility : BMC Retired Engineer

• *Job Summary:**

Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance activities, infrastructure management, and ensuring smooth functioning of building services while leveraging experience gained from BMC and public infrastructure projects.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day facility and maintenance operations
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and utility maintenance activities
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and building guidelines
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and operational plans
• Resolve facility\-related issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Supervise facility staff and maintenance teams

• *Skills Required:**

• Strong knowledge of facility management and infrastructure maintenance
• Expertise in building systems, utilities, and maintenance planning
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities
• Vendor and contractor management expertise

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Retired BMC Engineer preferred
• 10\+ years of experience in facility management, infrastructure, maintenance, or public works

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Experience in commercial buildings, residential townships, hospitals, government facilities, or industrial premises
• Knowledge of AMC management, statutory compliance, safety regulations, and facility operations

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
