The Admission Manager is responsible for leading the admissions team, driving student enrollment targets, managing lead generation activities, ensuring effective counseling and conversion processes, and overseeing CRM, outreach, and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on maximizing admissions through campus engagement, digital marketing, referral programs, and efficient lead management while maintaining high service standards and team productivity.
- *1\. Admissions \& Enrollment Management**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Monitor and improve lead\-to\-enrollment conversion rates.
- Ensure timely closure of admissions within defined turnaround timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Track daily admissions performance and revenue contribution.
- *2\. Team Leadership \& Performance Management**
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Admission Counselors and Business Development Executives.
- Set KPIs and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct daily review meetings and performance discussions.
- Ensure adherence to attendance, reporting, and operational guidelines.
- Provide coaching to improve counseling and sales effectiveness.

- Monitor demo\-to\-enrollment conversion performance.
- Support counselors in handling complex admission cases.
- Ensure all prospects receive proper follow\-up and engagement.
- *5\. CRM \& Process Management**
- Ensure 100% CRM usage and data accuracy.
- Monitor timely lead allocation and follow\-ups.
- Ensure post\-demo follow\-ups are completed within defined TAT.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admissions reports.
- Analyze admission funnel metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- *6\. Marketing \& Brand Promotion**
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Support execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead quality.
- Promote employer and institutional branding activities.
- Ensure regular content sharing across digital channels.
- *7\. Campus Outreach \& Institutional Relations**

- 100\+ inquiries generated weekly through outreach activities.
- Achievement of campus drive and institutional engagement targets.

- 100% CRM updates and lead tracking compliance.

- Follow\-up TAT maintained as per process standards.
- Admission targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Admissions, Education Sales, Student Recruitment, or Business Development.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience.
- Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Universities, Training Institutes, or Skill Development organizations preferred.
