• *About the Role**

The Impact Engine is looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Ads Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a keen interest in performance marketing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) and other digital platforms.
• Track and monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor research to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives and copy requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Suggest campaign improvements and optimization strategies based on data analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth campaign execution and goal achievement.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or relevant practical experience).
• 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Basic understanding of paid marketing platforms and campaign structures.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced and performance\-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the digital advertising space.

Perks \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month. (performance\-based incentives of up to ±10%)

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
