Eterno Architects \& Associates is looking for a passionate and detail\-oriented Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. We specialize in premium residential and commercial architecture, delivering elegant, innovative, and high\-end design solutions across India and Canada.
We are seeking a creative professional with strong technical knowledge, design sensibility, and project coordination skills who can contribute to luxury architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D concepts, presentations, and detailed documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams throughout project stages.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with project intent and quality standards.
- Participate in design discussions, material selections, and space planning.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
- Manage timelines, project deliverables, and coordination between departments.
- Assist in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and client proposals.
- Review project progress and provide technical support during execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project handling.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / V\-Ray / Enscape
- Revit (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
