- *Vritti Interiors** is a growing interior design and renovation firm known for delivering functional, aesthetic, and customized spaces. We work closely with homeowners and commercial clients to transform ideas into beautifully executed interiors.
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for **handling inbound and outbound calls**, engaging with potential clients, understanding their interior requirements, and **converting qualified leads into site visits or consultations** for the design team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands sales psychology, and can confidently explain interior design and renovation services over the phone.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling \& Sales**
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, social media, and referrals
- Attend inbound calls and respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Explain Vritti Interiors’ services including home interiors, renovations, modular solutions, and customized designs
- Understand client requirements such as budget, timeline, property type, and design preferences
- *Lead Qualification \& Conversion**
- Qualify leads based on readiness, budget, and project scope
- Schedule site visits, design consultations, or meetings with the design team
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects to drive conversions
- Maintain a healthy conversion ratio from enquiries to appointments
- Update all call details, follow\-ups, and client information accurately in CRM or lead tracking sheets
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Track lead status and ensure no enquiry is missed
- Maintain a professional, polite, and persuasive communication style
- Build trust with potential clients through clear and confident explanations
- Address basic customer questions and concerns related to interiors, timelines, and processes
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close appointments effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support
- Experience in interiors, real estate, construction, or home services is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
