We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, architecture, and project execution, and who is eager to work on high\-end residential, commercial, and retail projects.
As an Architect, you will be involved throughout the complete project lifecycle — from concept development and design planning to site coordination and execution. You will collaborate closely with senior architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and clients to create elegant, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design \& Planning
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, space plans, sections, elevations, and presentation drawings.
- Contribute to creating functional and visually refined spaces aligned with project requirements.
Technical Drawings \& Documentation
- Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and execution\-friendly.
Site Coordination \& Execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and execution quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Assist in resolving on\-site technical and design\-related issues.
Skills \& Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- COA registration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior\-related projects preferred.
- Fresher’s and architectural interns with strong design skills and learning enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- Sketch Up
- V\-Ray or Lumion (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge preferred)
- MS Office
- AI\-based design and visualization software
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of construction drawings and site execution

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
