Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities for assigned project areas
• Design and review power distribution systems, including MV/LV systems, switchgear, and substations
• Prepare and review single line diagrams (SLDs), load lists, cable schedules, and equipment specifications
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications
• Coordinate with process, instrumentation, telecom, and other disciplines for integrated design
• Review vendor documents, technical offers, and support technical bid evaluations (TBE)
• Support earthing, lightning protection, hazardous area classification, and safety requirements
• Interface with clients and vendors for technical discussions and approvals
• Ensure adherence to project quality, schedule, and deliverables

Preferred Experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power distribution, protection, and equipment design)
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC)
• Experience in load calculations, cable sizing, and electrical equipment selection
• Proficiency in electrical engineering tools (ETAP, EDSA, etc.)
• Understanding of EPC workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
