Responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, acquiring new customers, and expanding Alibaba.com’s presence in the assigned territory.
*Key Responsibilities**
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead and support a team of Sales Executives.
Acquire new customers for Alibaba.com memberships.
Build relationships with exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs.
Conduct client meetings and market visits.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales reports and CRM updates.
*Requirements**
Graduate in any discipline.
3–7 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
Experience in Alibaba.com, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target\-oriented with team management experience.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
