Job Summary
We are looking for a high\-performing and result\-oriented **Sales Manager** to drive sales, expand our market presence, and manage a team of dedicated sales executives within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting primary and secondary sales targets, managing distributor networks, and executing localized marketing strategies to outpace the competition.
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Leadership \& Target Achievement:** Own, manage, and drive the sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually) for the designated area.
- **Team Management:** Hire, train, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives/Officers. Conduct regular performance reviews and field\-coaching sessions.
- **Channel \& Distributor Management:** Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Ensure healthy ROI for channel partners and resolve inventory or payment issues promptly.
- **Market Expansion:** Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and increase retail penetration and product availability in untapped areas.
- **Competitor Intelligence:** Keep a close eye on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and schemes, and provide actionable feedback to the regional/national sales head.
- **Reporting \& Analytics:** Maintain accurate data on sales volumes, market share, and team productivity. Present daily/weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
Job Requirements \& Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA in Sales \& Marketing is a strong plus).
- **Experience:** \[2–6] years of proven experience in field sales, with at least \[2] years in a team handling/supervisory role within the sector.
- **Geographical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, distribution networks, and cultural nuances of the assigned territory.
- **Skills:** \* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship\-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking apps, and MS Excel.
- **Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to \[60%–70%] field travel required).

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
