Experience: 5\-7 Years

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PG preferred \| Diploma/B.Tech an advantage

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive project sales strategy and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, clients and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial bids with technical teams.
• Negotiate and close project deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts and market trends.
• Handle customer satisfaction and post\-sales relationships.
• Lead and manage the sales team.
