Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for technical, engineering, corporate and shop\-floor positions.
• Manage onboarding, induction, performance appraisal, KPI setting and employee engagement.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC and contract labour.
• Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, contractor labour, attendance and biometric systems.
• Coordinate with the QHSE team for workplace safety and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Organize employee training, skill development and HR administration activities.
• Lead a team of 3 HR personnel and maintain a positive work culture.

• *Requirements:**

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, industrial relations and labour law compliance.
• Experience in heavy engineering or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in HRMS, payroll and attendance management systems.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and English.
