• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Understand customer requirements, budget, usage, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Advise customers on multi\-brand cars, including hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, luxury cars, EVs, and hybrids.
• Manage leads, conduct consultations, follow up with customers, and close sales.
• Promote cross\-selling of car loans, insurance, accessories, and service packages.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and conversion reports.
• Build long\-term customer relationships, generate referrals, and ensure post\-delivery follow\-ups.

• *Required Skills:**

• 2–5 years of automobile sales or consultative selling experience.
• Multi\-brand vehicle knowledge and strong customer advisory skills.
• Expertise in lead management, negotiation, sales closure, and CRM.
• Good communication, relationship\-building, and follow\-up skills.
• Experience in premium/used cars, EVs, or auto finance and insurance preferred.
