• *About the Role:**

We're looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Pune region for our NBFC lending vertical.

• *Must\-Have Experience:**

Machinery Loan sales (mandatory)

Working Capital Loan sales Supply Chain Finance / NBFC background

Strong field sales exposure — not backend/desk roles

Proven track record in B2B/SME lending

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive sales for machinery loans, working capital, and supply chain finance products
• Build and manage a team of sales officers/executives in the region
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and SME clients
• Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
• Ensure portfolio quality and manage risk at the regional level

• *Who Should Apply:**

Candidates with 5 to 15–16 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sales, specifically in machinery loans, working capital finance, or supply chain finance, with strong local market knowledge of Pune.
