Area Sales Manager

• Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor daily leads, consultations, conversions, follow\-ups, and closures.
• Guide and motivate the sales/consultant team to improve performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and support package conversions and upgrades.
• Ensure effective follow\-up with leads and existing clients.
• Track daily sales reports, team performance, and branch KPIs.
• Coordinate with Dieticians, Consultants, Physiotherapists, and Front Desk teams.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and clinic operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, retention, and client experience.
• Should be willing to travel if necessary
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days \& You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
