Branch Manager

• Achieve monthly sales targets and branch revenue objectives.
• Drive sales of slimming, weight management, inch\-loss, and body\-contouring packages.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross\-selling, package upgrades, and renewals.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
• Follow up on leads, walk\-in clients, enquiries, and prospective customers.
• Prepare and execute action plans to improve branch profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic team, including doctors, dieticians, therapists, and sales counsellors.
• Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly.
• Ensure proper duty allocation, shift management, and manpower availability.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review sales, operational performance, and customer feedback.
• Identify training needs and improve employee productivity and service quality.
• Track daily sales, revenue, lead conversions, appointments, and client footfall.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
• Analyse business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor team productivity and take corrective action when targets are not achieved.
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days \& You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
