TEK Foods is seeking a versatile and strategic Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead our brand’s presence across both digital and traditional landscapes. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, creative campaign management, and strong communication skills to handle Media PR and both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility, managing our public image, and driving growth through integrated marketing efforts.
- *1\. Digital Marketing \& SEO SEO Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On\-page, Off\-page, and Technical) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website. Campaign Management: Lead and optimize Digital Campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Performance Tracking: Monitor web analytics and campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improve ROI. Content Oversight: Oversee the creation of SEO\-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
- *2\. Media \& Public Relations (PR) Media Relations:** Act as the primary point of contact for media houses, journalists, and PR agencies. Brand Storytelling: Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories to ensure consistent and positive media coverage. Events: Organize and manage media events, press conferences, and product launch coverage. Monitoring: Keep track of industry trends and news to identify PR opportunities for TEK Foods.
- *3\. Internal \& External Communication Internal Communication:** Streamline corporate communication to ensure employees are aligned with company goals, culture, and updates (newsletters, internal announcements, and branding). External Communication: Manage the "Voice of the Brand" across all public platforms, ensuring a consistent tone and message. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and printing partners for marketing collateral.
- *4\. Brand Strategy \& Performance Integrated Planning:** Develop marketing calendars that align digital efforts with offline PR activities. Budgeting: Manage budgets for digital ads and PR events to ensure costeffective outreach. Cross\-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Sales and HR teams to support recruitment branding and product\-specific promotions. Required Qualifications \& Skills Education: MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- *Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong portfolio in Digital Marketing and PR (Experience in the FMCG sector is highly Preferable).
Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console). Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress) and Analytics.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for PR and Corporate Communication. o Strong interpersonal skills for networking with media professionals. o Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment. Performance Indicators Growth in Organic Search Traffic and Keyword Rankings. Effectiveness of PR campaigns (Media reach and "Share of Voice"). Consistency and clarity in internal corporate communications. Conversion rates and CPL (Cost Per Lead) of digital campaigns.
