Job Description

### **Key Responsibility**

### **1\. Key Account Management**

  • Oversee the daily business operations for Blink it and Zepto accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with category managers, buyers, and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives in collaboration with platform teams.

### **2\. Business Growth \& Revenue Management**

  • Accelerate primary and secondary sales growth for assigned key accounts.
  • Design and implement account\-specific growth strategies to maximize business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding product assortment, entering new regions, and increasing category presence.
  • Monitor account profitability while driving sustainable revenue growth.

### **3\. Assortment \& Availability Management**

  • Ensure comprehensive product listings and optimal assortment across Blink it and Zepto.
  • Improve SKU availability, inventory health, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to reduce stock shortages and maintain service levels.
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend assortment optimization where necessary.

### **4\. Promotion \& Marketing Execution**

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, platform marketing programs, and visibility initiatives.
  • Measure campaign performance and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Enhance product discoverability through search optimization, banner placements, and improved category visibility.

### **5\. Analytics \& Business Reporting**

  • Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, inventory metrics, and customer demand trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports and review presentations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable business insights.
  • Support accurate demand forecasting and efficient sales planning.

### **6\. Commercial \& Financial Management**

  • Manage trade investments and platform\-related commercial spends.
  • Monitor claims, deductions, and financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with approved budgets and business objectives.
  • Assist in negotiating promotional funding and commercial initiatives with platform partners.

### **7\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration**

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to achieve business goals.
  • Drive timely resolution of operational issues impacting account performance.
  • Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, and inventory planning to ensure seamless execution.
