Location: Ghiloth, Rajasthan

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced design engineering professional with strong expertise in Railway Pantograph and Railway Connectors to lead product design, development, validation and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of railway pantographs and electrical/electromechanical connectors.
• Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models, assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Handle engineering calculations, GD\&T, tolerance analysis and design validation.
• Manage ISO documentation and CCA approval processes.
• Ensure compliance with railway, RDSO, RCF and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, Testing and NPD teams.
• Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting and design improvements.
• Guide junior engineers and maintain engineering documentation and revision control.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in railway pantograph and connector design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools.
• Knowledge of engineering materials, manufacturing processes and design validation.
• Working knowledge of IV Coupler, WSEE, FIBA and ASCE.
• Experience in railway product development and technical documentation.

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per month
