Job Description

Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a proactive and experienced **Assistant Manager – Human Resources** to lead and support the company's HR operations at our Kannur office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management, and statutory compliance. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in **Kannur**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate manpower planning and ensure timely hiring for various departments.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management, employee development, and appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
  • Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Assist management in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of Kerala labour laws, EPF, ESI, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/ERP software.
  • Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, EPC, renewable energy, or a multi\-location organization will be an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Candidates from **Kannur** or nearby locations will be given preference.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
