Job Description
You are responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership \& Development:** Supervise day\-to\-day workflow, train new hires, and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
- **Operational Execution:** Execute daily business strategies, manage scheduling, handle inventory levels, and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
- **Customer Satisfaction:** Resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a welcoming environment and adherence to brand standards.
- **Administrative \& Financial Support:** Monitor sales and spending patterns, report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management, and assist with budget management.
- **Ledger:** Follow\-up and execute pending invoices.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- **Experience:** Typically 1 to 3 years of supervisory, team leadership, or industry\-specific experience.
- **Leadership:** Strong conflict resolution, decision\-making, and team\-building capabilities.
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay goals between staff and management.
- **Technical:** Proficiency in business management software, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
