Key Responsibilities

• Generate business leads independently through field activities, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Achieve assigned individual sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations for prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flats, plots, or real estate projects based on their needs and budget.
• Explain project features, pricing, amenities, legal documentation, and investment benefits to clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide support in lead generation, client handling, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of bookings and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, customer interactions, and sales reports.
• Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and company events as required.

Requirements

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related sales role is preferred.
• Ability to build client relationships and close sales independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a two\-wheeler/four\-wheeler.
• Goal\-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience in team handling and real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
