Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage business for loan products, including Business Loans and other financial services offered by the company.
• Understand loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and guide clients throughout the application process.
• Meet prospective clients, identify their financial requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Promote and sell additional services such as ITR Filing, Registration Services, and other company offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up with clients for documentation, application processing, and timely loan disbursement.
• Monitor loan repayments and assist in recovery and collection activities when required.
• Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, business development, verification, and recovery purposes.
• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to overall branch growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and business transactions.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of financial products, loan processing, and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to convince clients and convert opportunities into business.
• Experience in loan recovery and collection activities will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a two\-wheeler/four\-wheeler.
• Prior experience in finance, banking, NBFC, loan sales, or related fields will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
