Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Assistant Project Manager (Civil) to oversee construction project execution and coordinate overall site operations. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality control, manpower management, contractor coordination and ensuring timely completion of residential construction projects within approved budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, managing and executing construction projects.
• Oversee day\-to\-day construction activities across assigned project sites.
• Ensure project execution as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within निर्धारित timelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery and other project resources.
• Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering and finishing activities.
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are maintained throughout the project.
• Review daily and weekly progress reports and identify execution delays.
• Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely material availability.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution\-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Review measurements, BOQs, contractor bills and work completion reports.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
• Lead and motivate site engineering teams to achieve project targets.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction project management.
• Expertise in residential apartment and villa construction.
• Project planning, scheduling and execution.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and structural construction.
• Architectural and structural drawing interpretation.
• Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
• Contractor and subcontractor management.
• Manpower and resource planning.
• BOQ, quantity estimation and billing verification.
• Material procurement and cost control.
• Construction progress monitoring.
• AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge.
• Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Required Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in construction and real estate project execution.
• Strong experience in residential apartment and villa projects is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple site teams and coordinating with contractors.
