Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Junior Site Engineer to support our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and workers, and completing assigned work within the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day\-to\-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and site workers.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Check construction quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Monitor daily work progress and prepare site progress reports.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned project schedule.
• Coordinate with the planning and execution teams for smooth project operations.
• Identify and report site\-related issues to the Senior Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain daily site records, measurements and documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of building construction, RCC, masonry and finishing works.
• Site supervision and execution skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and quality control.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem\-solving and time\-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, real estate or building project execution.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
