Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, project coordination, manpower management and ensuring construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day\-to\-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project management teams.
• Plan and allocate daily work schedules to supervisors and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain construction quality standards.
• Verify measurements, quantities and material requirements.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials and machinery.
• Identify technical issues at the site and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Coordinate with the planning, procurement and quality control teams.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and site regulations.
• Maintain site documentation, work records and measurement details.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and building construction.
• Expertise in site execution and construction supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and concreting works.
• Knowledge of masonry, plastering and finishing activities.
• Construction quality control and site inspection.
• Manpower and contractor management.
• Material planning and resource management.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Project planning and execution skills.
• Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.

Required Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in construction, real estate or building project execution.
• Experience in residential apartments, villas and commercial building projects will be preferred.
