• *Job Overview:**

We are hiring an **Assistant Manager – Sales** to drive B2B project sales for premium plastics auxiliary equipment and centralized powder/granule conveying systems. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from technical site evaluations to closing high\-value turnkey automation deals with extrusion, molding, and compounding plants.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate and close high\-value turnkey project orders within plastic manufacturing hubs.
• Conduct plant site visits to analyze material handling layouts and propose technical solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure contracts with plant heads and procurement directors.
• Manage end\-to\-end payment collections against project milestones.

• *Requirements:**

• **Education:** B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or Electrical Engineering.
• **Experience:** 5\+ years of proven B2B sales track record in **plastics auxiliary machinery, pneumatic conveying, or bulk material handling systems**.
• **Skills:** Strong technical presentation, commercial negotiation, and relationship management.
• **Travel:** High willingness to travel across regional industrial clusters.
