Assistant Team lead - DC operation

We are hiring an Assistant Team Lead to support daily operations at Delhivery Delivery Centres. The candidate will assist in managing manpower, shipment flow, dispatch activities, and operational coordination to ensure smooth last\-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead in managing day\-to\-day DC operations.
• Monitor inbound, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with delivery executives and ground staff for timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper attendance tracking and manpower allocation.
• Maintain operational discipline and adherence to SOPs.
• Track shipment status and resolve operational issues on priority.
• Support productivity monitoring and operational KPI achievement.
• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Handle customer and operational escalations when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, or last\-mile operations.
• Prior experience in team handling or field operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
