Job description

• *MBA in Human Resources from a recognised university is a must.**

• *➢ Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (ESI, PF, Labour, Local Administration,**

• *Gratuity, Superannuation, etc).**

• *➢ Administering and supervising activities of the Time Office**

• *➢ Maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of**

• *employees.**

• *➢ Handling Liasoning with Govt. departments.**

• *➢ Security training for workers as well as staff; general ethics at workplace training.**

• *➢** Other administrative tasks , HR generalist \& Recruitment tasks. etc.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
