Job Description
Back Office Executive manages the critical administrative and operational functions that keep a business running smoothly. They handle data management, documentation, financial processing, and internal team support, ensuring that client\-facing teams (the front office) have the resources they need. \[1, 2, 3, 4]Core responsibilities typically include:
- **Data Entry \& Management:** Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large datasets across company databases, such as CRM and ERP systems.
- **Financial \& Accounting Support:** Processing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and managing payroll and billing operations.
- **Documentation \& Reporting:** Generating regular reports, creating price quotes, drafting correspondence, and managing both physical and digital filing systems.
- **Administrative Operations:** Managing office calendars, coordinating internal meetings, and handling procurement of office supplies and vendor negotiations.
- **Cross\-Functional Support:** Liaising with multiple departments (like HR, IT, and sales) to support onboarding, resolve internal queries, and ensure workflow compliance.
Pay: ₹10,648\.22 \- ₹31,001\.01 per month
