- *Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehousing strategy, operations, and B2B sales. You will be responsible for driving strategic conversations with brands, identifying client needs, designing tailored warehousing and last\-mile solutions, and leading commercial negotiations.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard new D2C consumer brand partnerships by promoting Emiza’s warehousing and last\-mile capabilities.
- Conduct in\-depth discussions with prospective clients to understand their supply chain pain points and requirements.
- Design and propose customized warehousing and logistics solutions aligned with client goals.
- Lead negotiations and close commercial deals, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Work cross\-functionally with operations, strategy, and technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings (including in\-person office visits) to build strong, long\-lasting relationships.
- Maintain an active pipeline and CRM reporting to track progress and business opportunities.
- *Ideal Candidate Profile**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing strategy, operations, or B2B sales within the logistics/supply chain industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of warehousing workflows (storage, pick\-pack, dispatch, etc.) and last\-mile delivery models.
- Proven track record in B2B client engagement and solution selling.
- Comfortable with client\-facing roles, including regular travel for meetings.
- Self\-motivated, solution\-oriented, and driven by results.

Primary objective of the job position is to add new business to the company in the business of:
- e\- commerce fulfilment
- Flipkart, Amazon \& Myntra fulfilment programme
- Marketplace B2B services
- General \& Modern Trade B2B services
- Custom bonded warehousing
##### **Job Description**
- Cold calling to prospective customer (Big Brands / Enterprise / Corporate) who wants to keep their product in our warehouses for doing their B2B, B2C and D2C Business
- Understanding requirements of the customer and analysing profitability of the company while generating new business.
- Arranging meeting
- Doing feasibility study and preparing service contract with the prospective customer
- Cross selling to existing customer and up selling
- Ensure proper documentation and formalities in coordination with the On boarding team.
- *Qualification:** MBA/PGDBM
- *Experience:** 6\-10 years
- *Industry Exposure:** Any industry except edutech and hotel. Candidates from the experience of Enterprise Business / Consumer Brands will be preferred.
- *Pre\-Requisite:**
- Cold Callings **–** 30/40 calls per day
- Outbound Expert – Dig and get data and get meetings
- Meetings **–** 2 Meetings per day
