Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Bench Sales Consultant** to market and place bench consultants with direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills with a proven ability to secure interviews and placements for consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to direct clients, MSPs, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
- Identify suitable job opportunities based on consultants' skills and experience.
- Submit consultant profiles through job portals, vendor networks, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contract terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Track consultant availability, project status, and placement activities.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, and internal tracking systems.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize placements.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing and Bench Sales process.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC).
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Good understanding of various technologies and consultant skill sets.
- Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US staffing may also apply.
