Job Description

We are hiring **fresh graduates** for the position of **Customer Support Executive** for a blended voice and chat support process in Gurgaon.

This is a suitable opportunity for candidates who have good communication skills and are looking to begin their career in the **customer service or BPO industry**.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

For this particular requirement, **B.Tech, MCA and MBA candidates can be considered with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience**.

Candidates from these qualifications who are freshers may not be considered for this requirement.

Candidates who are currently pursuing graduation may also be considered, subject to their availability for a full\-time role.
