Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Communicate professionally with international customers in written English.
• Assist customers with US technology and retail\-related queries.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat or voice support.
• Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Customer\-focused attitude and problem\-solving skills.
