Job Description

Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an **International Voice Support Process** in the Consumer Electronics and Retail domain. We are looking for graduates with excellent English communication skills and prior international BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist international customers with product\-related queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding consumer electronics and retail products.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem\-solving.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Qualification:** Graduates only.
• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
• **Process:** International Voice Support.
• **Domain:** Consumer Electronics and Retail.
• **Communication:** Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• **Shift:** Must be comfortable working rotational shifts.
• **Customer Handling:** Excellent interpersonal and problem\-solving skills.

Salary \& Benefits

• Annual CTC up to ₹4\.50 LPA.
• Approximate monthly in\-hand salary of ₹27,000–₹32,000\.
• Both\-side cab facility / travel allowance (TA).
