Berkley Hyundai is looking for a dynamic, technically sound, and result\-oriented **Body Shop Manager** to lead our body shop operations, ensure superior repair quality, maximize productivity, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We are seeking a leader who understands collision repair operations, workshop profitability, insurance claims, team productivity, and customer satisfaction—and who has the drive to take our body shop performance to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete body shop operations, including denting, painting, accident repairs, and vehicle delivery.
• Ensure high\-quality repairs, timely turnaround, and adherence to Hyundai repair standards and processes.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate technicians, painters, service advisors, floor supervisors, and other workshop staff.
• Monitor daily vehicle inflow, work\-in\-progress, repair timelines, productivity, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and internal teams for smooth claim processing and approvals.
• Drive body shop revenue, labour sales, parts consumption, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate job card preparation, repair estimates, approvals, billing, and documentation.
• Maintain quality control at every stage, from vehicle inspection and repair to final delivery.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Optimize manpower utilization, workshop capacity, equipment usage, and turnaround time.
• Maintain safety standards, housekeeping, tools, equipment, and workshop discipline.
• Track key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.

• *Candidate Profile**

• Relevant experience in automobile body shop or collision repair management, preferably with a passenger vehicle dealership.
• Strong technical understanding of denting, painting, accident repairs, and workshop processes.
• Experience in insurance claims, surveyor coordination, repair estimation, and billing.
• Proven ability to manage technicians, supervisors, and workshop operations.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving, customer\-handling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage targets related to revenue, productivity, repair quality, and turnaround time.
• A customer\-focused, process\-oriented, and commercially driven approach.
