• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage the complete sales operations to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop strategic sales plans to drive vehicle sales, market share, profitability, and overall business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to build a high\-performance, target\-driven culture.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, customer enquiries, test drives, bookings, and retail deliveries.
• Drive lead management, CRM effectiveness, customer follow\-ups, and conversion of prospective buyers into loyal customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure an exceptional buying experience at every touchpoint.
• Identify new business opportunities, improve showroom performance, and strengthen local market penetration.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure effective implementation of Hyundai sales processes, brand standards, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Review team productivity, conduct regular performance meetings, and take corrective actions to improve results.
