• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and oversee overall dealership sales operations, business planning, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Drive vehicle sales, retail performance, market share, and dealership profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and the wider sales team.
• Monitor KPIs, lead conversion, bookings, retail targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen CRM processes, lead management, and customer relationship strategies.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, operations, and other departments for seamless dealership functioning.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to improve overall performance.

• **Mandatory experience in automobile dealership sales management.**
• Proven track record in leading dealership sales operations and achieving business targets.
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail, sales forecasting, CRM, and market development.
