Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in cupping therapy, weight loss, and other skin and hair services.
Explain clinic treatments, packages, and programs clearly and confidently over the phone.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert leads into clinic visits, consultations, and package enrollments.
Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and reminders to maximize conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow\-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with front desk executives and clinic managers to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
Handle basic client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the clinic brand positively.
Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days \& you will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
