Role Summary
Plumeria Holidays is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily functioning of its Holidays division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, managing customer journeys from inquiry to tour completion, driving branch sales targets, and maintaining service excellence standards.
The role requires a hands\-on professional with strong expertise in holiday consulting, travel operations, vendor coordination, and team supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Administration
- Ensure seamless day\-to\-day functioning of the branch.
- Monitor branch productivity and service delivery standards.
- Maintain operational discipline and process compliance.
- Handle escalations relating to customers, vendors, and tour execution.
Holiday Sales Management
- Supervise holiday consultants and sales executives.
- Track inquiry pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Guide the team in designing customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Support closure of premium FIT, group, and MICE enquiries.
Tour Operations Supervision
- Monitor booking processes including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and travel documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of departures and customer commitments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and operations teams to maintain service quality.
- Minimize operational errors and customer complaints.
Team Coordination
- Conduct daily sales reviews and operational meetings.
- Train employees on destinations, products, and customer service standards.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Local Business Development
- Generate business through local partnerships, referrals, and networking activities.
- Support promotional campaigns and branch\-level marketing initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with local corporates and repeat clients.
Desired Profile
- 6\+ years of experience in the holidays sector.
- Prior experience managing a travel branch or profit center.
- Sound knowledge of holiday operations, itinerary planning, and travel products.
- Experience in handling domestic, international, group, and MICE travel requirements.
- Strong problem\-solving and customer management skills.
