Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **MFI Branch Manager** to manage the overall operations of our branch in **Pollachi**. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, loan portfolio management, collections, team management, customer relationships, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day\-to\-day operations of the branch.
• Achieve branch business, disbursement, collection, and portfolio targets.
• Lead and motivate Branch Officers, Credit Officers, and Field Staff.
• Drive customer acquisition and branch portfolio growth.
• Ensure timely loan repayment and maintain strong collection efficiency.
• Monitor overdue accounts, PAR, delinquency, and portfolio quality.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer/group meetings.
• Ensure proper credit appraisal, documentation, and KYC compliance.
• Monitor and improve employee productivity and performance.
• Handle customer grievances and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit branch MIS and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational risks and take appropriate corrective action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in **MFI / Microfinance / NBFC / Banking**.
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance operations, credit, and collections.
• Good leadership and team\-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the branch operating area.
• Target\-oriented approach with strong problem\-solving skills.

Compensation
