Branch Operations Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and supervise daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
• Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and operational costs.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent operational planning and execution skills.
• Good knowledge of process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• **3–8 years** of relevant experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operations role.
• Strong experience in handling end\-to\-end operational activities and team management.
• Candidates from **Navi Mumbai** will be preferred.
• **Immediate joiners** or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹14,414\.60 \- ₹48,433\.29 per month
