### **Job Summary:**
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a specific branch location. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, driving business growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for various financial products and services.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives, fostering a high\-performance culture.
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and community engagement, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and encouraging cross\-selling and up\-selling of relevant products.
- Oversee the daily sales operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to operational policies, and optimal resource utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures, including KYC, AML, and data privacy.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Organize and participate in local community events and business development initiatives to enhance the branch's presence and reputation.
- Identify training needs for the sales team and facilitate continuous professional development to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
