We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long\-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain strong, trust\-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, goals, and challenges through regular meetings and communications.
• Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and up\-selling relevant financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
• Prepare and present customized financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating benefits and risks.
• Conduct thorough financial reviews with clients, assessing their current portfolio performance and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to client interactions and transactions.
• Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and client retention goals.
