### **Relationship Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long\-lasting relationships with our key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is crucial for driving business growth through client retention, cross\-selling, and identifying new opportunities within the existing client base. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in client management and business development.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust\-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, financial needs, and challenges to proactively offer suitable solutions and services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and present relevant product/service updates.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross\-selling and up\-selling additional products and services to existing clients, aligning with their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve complex client issues or complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and client retention metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client lifetime value and foster long\-term partnerships.
