The Brand Growth Team Lead is the guardian of everything Season Two looks, sounds, feels, and means to the market. This role is responsible for building, strengthening, and maintaining the Season Two brand across all customer touchpoints while supporting the growth of Season Two Senior Living, Ayurlaya and other projects.
- Own and maintain brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
- Manage Season Two’s brand identity, communication standards, and brand guidelines.
- Oversee website, social media, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and digital presence.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, and agencies.
- Lead storytelling initiatives including resident stories, family testimonials, and brand campaigns.
- Develop and manage brochures, presentations, sales collateral, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns, launch campaigns, and community events.
- Manage media relations, PR activities, award submissions, and brand partnerships.
- Conduct brand audits and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Support S2 Valley launch activities and Ayurlaya growth initiatives.
- Build internal brand culture through training and brand induction programs.

- Brand Audit and Brand Health Assessment.
- Brand Guidelines / Brand Bible implementation.
- Standardized digital presence across all platforms.

- *Qualifications \& Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, design or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, communications, digital marketing, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, wellness, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
- Creative and detail\-oriented.
- Strong understanding of premium brand positioning.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution capability.
- Passionate about building meaningful brands and customer experiences.
